People often say that getting more sleep will make you feel better.  This is true for many people, but not always the case. Quality of sleep can actually be the most critical factor.

Establishing a sleep routine is the key thing to try to do. Heading to bed at the same time every day, regardless of whether it is the weekend or not, will help.
